Kirk Armstrong

Kirk is a trainer, speaker and consultant with more than 15 years experience in the areas of sales, management, strategic planning, interpersonal communications, and team building. 

An outstanding record of growth and accomplishment in sales, consistently achieving record revenue and gross profit goals has followed him throughout his career. With extensive roles in sales, sales management, and as director and vice president of sales, he found great success in the electrical equipment, heating and back-up power industries. 

Now an accomplished associate with Gerry Weinberg & Associates, he has been the recipient of numerous awards for his sales production, training and coaching. 

Known for his unique personal style and experience, he has the ability to help each of his clients to gain confidence, break out of their “comfort zone” and achieve results they never thought possible.

He lives with his wife and two children in Royal Oak, Michigan, where he may be found running every morning, (just ask to see his journal!) coaching children’s sports or playing competitive softball.

 

Alana Nicol

Graduating from MSU with a Bachelors of Science in 1999, Alana worked for leading consumer products company SC Johnson & Sons for 5 years as Project Manager.

She joined Gerry Weinberg & Associates 4 years ago as Operations Manager. Since that time, she has brought her fine organizational skills and attention to detail to the business of streamlining processes within the business. As a result, clients of GW&A have come to appreciate the steadiness and consistency of this smoothly-run operation.

A diehard sports enthusiast, Alana enjoys watching all major sports, but college basketball and football are her favorites. She is the only woman we know who has a fantasy football team and can hold her own when talking sports with the guys.

Alana lives in Milford with her husband and daughter.
